Too often garment workers are subject to terrible conditions. That’s why we built our own factory in Los Angeles, where we work with awesome people from all over the world. It’s our responsibility to create a safe, healthy, and fair working environment for our teams, and for workers throughout our supply chain. We do so through partnerships with industry groups like the Fair Labor Association, conducting on-site social responsibility audits, and a commitment to ensuring workers have a voice in our organization.
